ENGINEERING
Our office, using the CAD/CAM software, begins with the study of the project, setting up the material and the processes that will be carried out subsequently

CONSTRUCTION MASS
During the engineering process, our team creates the technical drawing for the masses and frames.
These will be processed and built internally by our team in the construction sector.

MILLING
Once the assembly of the masses is complete by the construction team, they will be delivered to the team of milling operators who will work on the masses, moving from roughing to finishing and reworking.
This could be a full-scale external model, broken-down parts, or molds that will be used for resin lamination in the next step.

FINISHING
Once the milling phase is complete, the modeling team will review the details, sanding and finishing the parts that require special attention, or if we've milled molds, we'll laminate them to obtain our epoxy resins.

ASSEMBLY
There are several reasons why a project cannot be completed in one block:

In these cases, the process is divided into multiple phases.
Our team, with the utmost attention to detail, then assembles the various parts, joining them together and ensuring a high-quality final result.
This way the project is completed and ready to be presented.
