PROCESSING OF PROTOTYPES

From the mock-up, to the engineering, up to the final product, a complete and highly professional service along the entire project process.

We start with the study of the model using Rhinoceros, we break it down and modify it where necessary for the realization.

Construction of frames and masses and preparation of the required work.

After creating the paths for the machine tools, we start milling the model, from roughing to shooting and cutting.

We mill and prepare the molds for the lamination of elements widely used for their resistance and lightness.

Once all the various types of processing have been completed, we move on to the assembly of all the details so as to compose the car.
